Job Title: Commercial Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Portfolio Manager to join our team at CWB. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for providing credit structuring, credit underwriting, risk management, and client-facing support for commercial portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales teams to support effective and timely credit underwriting for new and existing borrowing clients
  • Manage risks and day-to-day client relationships for medium to large agriculture clients
  • Apply risk management skills to ensure appropriate measures are put in place and risk assessment protocols and structures are implemented
  • Act as the key point of contact for daily interactions with clients for daily operations, account administration, and inquiries
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in business lending, inclusive of direct commercial underwriting
  • Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
