Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Research Technician to join our team at Envida Life Sciences Corp. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting tests and analysis using various physical and chemical separation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tests and analysis using various physical and chemical separation techniques
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is in good working order
  • Assist in setting up and conducting chemical experiments, including preparing solutions and reagents
  • Compile records for analytical studies and interpret experimental or analytical results
  • Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards
  • Assist in developing standards, health and safety measures, and protocols
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field, such as chemistry or biology
  • 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in chemical research
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to work in a laboratory setting and may be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Language and Work Environment

The primary language of work is English. The successful candidate will be required to work in an urban area and may be required to travel to other locations as needed.
