Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

Total North is seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees, resolving issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT systems.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our IT systems.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and networking protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
