Role Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse, Reactivation Care Centre:
In this role, your primary focus will be to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing assessment, education, prevention, and the overall maintenance of patient health. Your responsibilities will include upholding health and safety standards to foster a secure environment for everyone involved. You will build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and their families, showcasing your excellent interpersonal skills. This position also supports our academic mission by promoting learning and innovation in patient care.

Engaging in ongoing learning and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Practical Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current registration with the regulatory nursing body.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
Relevant experience in medical/surgical nursing, particularly with older adults.
Completion of a recent health assessment course.
Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
