Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

BARRHEAD SLEEP SHOP INC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management on sales trends and customer behavior.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and employee productivity.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive store growth.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
