The Corporate Information Services (CIS) division is actively looking for a skilled Project Manager/Business Analyst.

In this position, you will oversee and facilitate Human Resources initiatives while managing Hyperautomation projects that shape the future of HR.


Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate technical operations between Technology teams and Human Resources.

• Develop and maintain all documentation that aligns with PMO Methodology.

• Collaborate with diverse teams, including developers, engineers, and quality assurance, to ensure effective project delivery.

• Provide assistance to IT project staff to meet business requirements.

• Adhere to established procedures and ensure project workflows and deliverables are achieved punctually.

• Conduct and engage in meetings, identifying additional follow-up actions.

• Manage project documentation, including project plans, RAID log management, and status updates.

Assist with business analyst tasks as needed, such as gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, defining and documenting business needs, facilitating collaboration, supporting testing and quality assurance, and offering ongoing support and training.


• Oversee project timelines to guarantee that projects are completed within scope and on schedule.

• Identify and address project risks and issues, implementing suitable contingency plans as necessary.

• Promote effective communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project management and technology.

• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance project delivery.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to excel.

• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and security protocols.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Key Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a project manager with knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

• Experience implementing work following an agile framework.

• Scrum Master experience.

• Agile/Scrum transition experience.

• Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to gather requirements for use cases and collaborate to define project scope.

• Experience in a technical development environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.

• Experience supporting global applications.

• Relevant education and/or certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience managing multiple applications and projects concurrently.

• Knowledge of end-to-end development frameworks.

• Scrum Master certification.
