About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at MB Construction Inc. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Layout and Installation Procedures

Develop and implement effective installation plans to ensure seamless execution of siding projects.

Measure and Mark Guidelines

Accurately measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Prepare and Maintain Work Materials

Organize and maintain a clean and efficient workspace, ensuring all necessary materials and supplies are readily available.

Load and Unload Trucks

Safely load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to company safety protocols.

Utilize Hand and Power Tools

Operate hand and power tools with proficiency, ensuring efficient and safe execution of tasks.

Erect and Install Scaffolding

Construct and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as required for siding installations.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands

The Siding Installer must be physically capable of handling heavy loads, working at heights, and performing repetitive tasks.

Equipment and Machinery Experience

Proficiency with hand tools and ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Transportation and Travel

Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.

Personal Suitability

Excellent punctuality, dependability, flexibility, and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions

The Siding Installer will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions and varying work site conditions.
