We're seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Kelowna, BC.

About the Role:

  • Promote and educate clients on insurance products
  • Take ownership of client relationships and help grow our presence in the local community
  • Deliver superior customer service and uncover clients' business challenges
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs and provide recommendations

Requirements:

  • Laser-focused with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent client relationship building skills
  • Master time manager with confidentiality and discretion
  • Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP
  • 6 months+ of industry experience
