Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Trans-Logic Truck Lines Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and ensure fleet reliability.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of performance.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to meet business objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
