About the Role

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Web Developer to join our team at Sonik infotech Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and experience with e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Integrate Website Code

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and integrating website-related code, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Develop Website Architecture

They will also develop the website architecture, taking into account scalability, performance, and security.

Write, Modify, Integrate, and Test Software Code

The E-commerce Web Developer will write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications.

Maintain Existing Computer Programs

They will maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required, ensuring they remain up-to-date and efficient.

Prepare Mock-ups and Storyboards

The candidate will prepare mock-ups and storyboards to visualize the website's layout and design.

Communicate Technical Problems and Solutions

They will communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to the team, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Research and Evaluate Interactive Media Software

The E-commerce Web Developer will research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Conduct Tests and Perform Security and Quality Controls

They will conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure the website meets the required standards.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Work Language

English.

Work Term

Permanent.

Hours

30 to 35 hours per week.
