POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Concession Alcohol Server, you will deliver top-tier beverage service to guests in a bustling event atmosphere. Your role is crucial in ensuring that patrons enjoy a remarkable and engaging experience. This is an hourly position based on event schedules.
A typical shift includes:
- Delivering high-quality quick service, pouring, and serving beverages to guests during events.
- Engaging with guests and addressing their inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborating effectively as a vital member of a larger team, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Performing additional responsibilities as needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional ability to excel in a dynamic and high-traffic environment while providing outstanding hospitality.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a typical start time around 5:30pm.
- Capability to safely lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to remain on your feet during shifts, withstanding prolonged periods of walking, reaching, and bending.
- A valid Serving it Right Certificate is mandatory.
