OVERVIEW:

As a Customer Supply Chain Support professional, you will play a crucial role in optimizing customer supply chain operations and facilitating onsite business activities.

This entry-level position is designed to help you gain valuable experience in customer relationship management and operational processes, with potential for a flexible work schedule following initial training and onboarding.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinating resources to address customer inquiries
  • Managing stock levels and inventory
  • Processing and fulfilling customer orders
  • Handling the receipt and dispatch of inventory
  • Executing onsite inventory fulfillment tasks
  • Sourcing and providing product quotations
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects and implementing new operational processes
  • Communicating the value of supply chain activities to clients
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential skills and qualifications include:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency
  • Self-motivated with a focus on customer service
  • Comfortable working in a sales-oriented environment
  • Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
  • Ability to lift packages weighing up to 75lbs
  • Successful completion of a drug screening
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
