Job Summary

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Irving Oil, you will play a key role in driving business success by providing strategic HR support to the organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the employee life cycle, employee relations, performance management, compensation, learning and development, and annual talent cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compensation to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of annual talent cycles, including succession planning and talent management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent development, and employee relations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
