Conlon Motorsports is seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our industrial equipment. Your expertise in adjusting, repairing, and replacing mechanical system parts will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

* Adjust, repair, or replace mechanical system parts to ensure proper function and safety
* Collaborate with supervisors to discuss work and prioritize tasks
* Document inspections and tests made on engines to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Estimate repair costs and review work orders to ensure efficient use of resources
* Perform scheduled maintenance and service to prevent equipment downtime
* Advise customers on work performed and the condition of their equipment
* Repair and rebuild hoisting mechanisms and other mechanical systems on industrial trucks and forklifts
* Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance

Requirements:

* Other trades certificate or diploma
* Willingness to train and learn new skills
* Equivalent experience in a related field
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
