Job Opportunity:

Superior Ambulance is seeking a skilled Paramedic/Firefighter to join our team in Rosemont. As a member of our team, you will provide medical care and transportation for patients at the Paramedic/Firefighter level, adhering to the scope of practice set by the Illinois Department of Public Health and the EMS Commission of Illinois.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care and transportation for patients at the Paramedic/Firefighter level
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Collaborate with other emergency responders to ensure effective patient care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards

Requirements:

• Paramedic License
• Firefighter II or Basic Operations Firefighter Certification (preferred)
• CPR Certified
• Valid Illinois Driver's License
• ACLS (Superior Ambulance will provide training)
• PALS (Superior Ambulance will provide training)
• Successful completion of pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
