The portal's user base encompasses a diverse range of stakeholders, including cybersecurity and IT professionals within Canadian small businesses, large enterprises, critical infrastructure, and government agencies at all levels.

Our goal is to establish the Portal as a centralized hub for delivering a comprehensive suite of services, prioritizing user-friendliness to effectively support the needs of our diverse user base in addressing cybersecurity matters.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and implement user experience (UX) requirements to ensure a seamless and intuitive portal experience.
  • Develop, implement, configure, test, and deploy websites utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power App Portal, and Microsoft Sharepoint within Azure.
  • Leverage programming and scripting expertise in various languages including C#, Java, REST, HTML, CSS, Liquid, JavaScript (React, Angular), JSON, and XML to develop new or enhance existing modules.
  • Provide technical security specifications and implement robust security measures.
  • Develop, implement, configure, test, and deploy role-based authorization controls (RBAC) and attribute-based authorization controls (ABAC) within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power App Portal, and Microsoft Sharepoint in Azure.
  • Design, implement, configure, test, and deploy account management and single-sign-on solutions utilizing APIs, LDAP modules, and Active Directory.
  • Extend web-based content personalization capabilities to enhance user engagement.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance and testing of software and websites. Deploy web-based applications effectively.
  • Integrate with other Azure applications, functions, APIs, and modules as required.
  • Build, design, upgrade, and deploy websites according to project schedules and client requirements.
  • Migrate or rebuild content and functionality from existing websites to new platforms.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and lifecycle management for websites and web content management systems.
  • Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures, Knowledge Articles, and other documentation.
