Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our team in Saviynt Labs. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, build, and run leading Enterprise Identity solutions. Your expertise will help us deliver unparalleled visibility, control, and intelligence to our customers, empowering them to better defend against threats while enabling right-time, right-level access to digital technologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop large-scale, web-based, or SaaS applications with a focus on engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with business colleagues and customers to address technical challenges and ensure quality through collaborative, test- and behavior-driven development.
- Identify opportunities to enhance performance, quality, and efficiency, and implement proactive solutions.
- Coach and collaborate with junior software engineers to exercise technical chops.
- Contribute to the architecture strategy and manage alignment to the product roadmap.
- Provide input on technology selection and drive best practices.
- Guide early-phase application design decisions through strong communication skills and deep technical expertise.
- Drive technical decisions to support critical success factors like performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of Software Architect experience with customer-facing, large-scale, web-based, or SaaS applications.
- Minimum 2+ years of software development or software architect experience with Privileged Access management with any of the leading PAM products.
- Deep, hands-on, architect-level understanding of various Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Grails, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns.
- Hands-on knowledge of deployment patterns for cloud deployments - AWS & Azure.
- Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems and willingness to help the support and development teams diagnose and address production issues.
