Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our Winter Maintenance team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and handling various large machinery, including skid steers and front end loaders. You will also be responsible for performing all fluid level checks and conducting routine maintenance on the equipment, cleaning, servicing, and performing minor repairs to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and handle various large machinery, including skid steers and front end loaders.
  • Perform all fluid level checks and conduct routine maintenance on the equipment.
  • Clean, service, and perform minor repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and complete maintenance records.
  • Assist in winter operations as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience operating heavy equipment, particularly with a loader.
  • G License and clean driving abstract.
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, and extended hours (evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays) as winter events require.
  • Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Mechanically inclined.
