Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist at Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy Northgate.

The Clinical Pharmacist will undertake daily responsibilities including the dispensing of medications, verifying the accuracy of prescriptions, offering medication counseling to patients, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining comprehensive patient records.

This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and providing outstanding pharmaceutical care to the community.

Key Qualifications
  • In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical compounding and sterile compounding methodologies
  • Proven experience in medication dispensing and prescription verification
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and capability to maintain precise patient records
  • Thorough knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with healthcare professionals
  • Competence in managing confidential and sensitive information
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and a valid pharmacist license
  • Additional certifications or training in compounding or related fields are advantageous
