Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Machinery: Safely operate and maintain bakery equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Record Production Information: Accurately record production data, including processing conditions and product quality.
  • Monitor and Adjust: Monitor gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify processing conditions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Clean and Maintain Work Areas: Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Communicate with Supervisors: Inform supervisors of any mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities.
  • Set Up and Adjust Equipment: Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines to meet production requirements.
  • Inspect Products: Inspect products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food processing environment.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
