We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Alliance Floor Finishing Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

• Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to ensure a smooth finish.
• Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and achieve the desired density.
• Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to meet our high standards.
• Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to ensure a secure and durable finish.
• Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from the elements.
• Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to their original condition.
• Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain our high-quality standards.

As a Concrete Finisher, you will work outdoors in various locations, including construction sites and industrial facilities.

• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

• As per collective agreement.
• Permanent work term.
• 40 hours per week.
• Work Language: English.
