About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Bon Voyage Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and food safety.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation, heating, and finishing of simple food items, such as soups, salads, and desserts.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and accounted for.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dining areas are clean and well-maintained, and that all customers receive a positive dining experience.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
