Job Title: Managing Supervisor, Building

ASHCROFT APARTMENTS AND MOTEL is seeking a skilled Managing Supervisor, Building to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners.
  • Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income.
  • Respond promptly to client or tenant inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
