Position Overview

The role of a Reception Cashier involves managing financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service within a hospitality environment.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cash register operations efficiently.
  • Process various forms of payment including cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
  • Scan items accurately for billing.
  • Calculate total payments for goods and services rendered.
  • Receive payments and issue receipts.
  • Maintain stock levels on shelves and ensure cleanliness of the counter area.
  • Welcome and assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Oversee hotel safety-deposit box operations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest experiences.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using spreadsheet software.
