About the Role
The Service Advisor is a key member of our team at Midas, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving retail sales growth. As a Service Advisor, you will work closely with our Shop Manager to optimize shop profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present estimates to customers, sourcing parts and selling jobs to drive revenue growth.
- Interpret inspection results with our technicians and present findings to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, actively listening and consulting with customers to meet their needs.
- Contribute to the success of our team by sharing knowledge and best practices, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Drive retail sales growth and shop profitability, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and contribute to our commitment to being a good corporate citizen in our communities.
Requirements
- General automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle repair processes.
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to customers and colleagues.
- Team-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- A valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Compensation
$22.00 per hour
