Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a Sales Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients, providing them with detailed information about our photography experience, and securing bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Information Provision: Provide detailed information about our photography experience, including our unique approach, services, and benefits.
- Booking Management: Secure bookings by effectively communicating the value of our photography experience, guiding clients through the process, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Target Achievement: Work towards meeting set targets and quotas to ensure our studios are fully booked, contributing to the overall success of Nuovo Photography.
- Upselling: Present and sell add-on beauty services such as makeup and hair-styling to enhance the overall photography experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in over-the-phone sales, preferably in a target-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
- Ability to understand and convey the unique value proposition of Nuovo Photography.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
