Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pharmacy Clerk to join our team at Prescription Works Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the pharmacy team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including inventory management and data entry.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Perform tasks related to inventory management, including ordering and receiving stock.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a retail or pharmacy environment is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining records and processing transactions.
Work Environment

The Pharmacy Clerk will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, standing for extended periods and interacting with customers and colleagues.
