Job Overview
We're seeking a Part-time Retail Specialist to join our team at our Dixie Mall location. As a successful Retail Specialist, you'll turn store visitors into committed Freedom Mobile customers by building genuine connections.
A Typical Day
Your day will be spent engaging customers, promoting and selling all things Freedom Mobile, and creating meaningful interactions through product/service demos, general device support, and other inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Promote and sell Freedom Mobile products and services to meet sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
