Job Title: Bartender

Join our team at Porta Bella Restaurant & The Downstairs Bar as a skilled Bartender. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Bartender to provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, including handling cash, credit, and debit card payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including handling multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender or in a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including preparation and serving techniques
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
