Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist/Psychotherapy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide individualized care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy and psychotherapy services to clients in community-based settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education
- University Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Occupational Therapists (COTO)
- Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
