Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at AR2 CONSULTORIA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and taxation, with a minimum of 5 years of public practice experience dealing with the accounting and taxation needs of private companies and their shareholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the preparation of financial statements of business clients, reviewing the work of Staff Accountants, and completing complex portions of the file. They will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality control by overseeing and reviewing Compilation and Review Engagements, as well as reviewing Corporate Personal and Trust income tax returns and other tax forms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to make sound judgment calls based on experience and critical thinking. They will also have experience leading and supervising staff, and be proficient in Caseware and Profile.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise the preparation of financial statements of business clients
