Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the pharmacist in the safe and efficient management of all aspects of drug distribution.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and process prescriptions, maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Interpret prescriptions, perform pharmaceutical calculations, and record prescription information accurately.
- Prepare and package non-sterile and sterile products, adhering to legislative requirements and maintaining inventory levels for patient safety and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to review prescriptions and patient records, providing counseling to patients as needed.
- Audit inventory and report discrepancies to pharmacists, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist patients in selecting and using drug administration devices, diagnostic and monitoring devices, and home health aids.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Registered Pharmacy Technician License
Preferred Qualifications:
