Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Thomson Foods Inc. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Operate machinery and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Reliability, dependability, and excellent judgement.
Our bakery is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of ingredients and equipment. As a Bakery Specialist, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
