Job Title: Housekeeper (Except Private Households)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper to join our team at Skky Hotel Inc. as a key member of our housekeeping department.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Clean and disinfect public areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
  • Restock linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
