Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in both administrative tasks and hands-on program activities, balancing time effectively between the two.
- Assist in leading a dedicated team to create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for children and families.
- Enhance team capabilities through supportive leadership and mentorship.
- Establish meaningful relationships with children, their families, and community stakeholders.
- Encourage a collaborative team culture that supports all developmental stages.
- Oversee administrative duties to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications Required:
- Education: Must possess a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) designation and maintain good standing with the regulatory body.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a licensed child care environment is essential.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in leading diverse teams effectively.
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
- Compliance with public health immunization requirements.
- Physical capability to lift up to 20 kg and work in outdoor settings.
- Flexibility in work hours is necessary.
- Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
