About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medicine Hat. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation: Ensure all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guests, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as vacuuming and dusting surfaces.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of the hotel.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
