Regional Sales Leader Opportunity - Ontario, Canada

Key responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing same-store sales performance
  • Maintaining high standards of operational excellence throughout the region
  • Inspiring store teams to surpass customer service expectations
  • Mentoring and developing store management to maximize district performance and ensure business continuity
  • Proactively identifying cost-saving opportunities to boost profitability
  • Collaborating effectively with Regional Managers, District Managers, and key stakeholders to align objectives with Claire's strategic vision, mission, and values

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic computer proficiency / Familiarity with laptop usage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1-2 years of multi-store management or 5 years of store management experience required
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence
  • Solid mathematical skills and strong reading comprehension abilities
  • Capability to analyze sales data and engage in strategic problem-solving
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts; ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Proficient in bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing ladders while merchandising and assisting customers
  • Competence in operating POS systems
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
