Conference Support Associate

We invite you to consider a position as a Conference Services Assistant with Brookfield Asset Management. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in facilitating the seamless operation of our Conference Centre and associated culinary services. Collaborating closely with the Conference Services Manager, your focus will be on maintaining a high standard of professionalism and efficiency in all conference-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement meeting arrangements for both internal and external gatherings
- Assist in managing catering needs, billing processes, and food service logistics
- Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of conference spaces and kitchen areas
- Effectively communicate with colleagues regarding catering, maintenance, and scheduling matters
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support within a corporate environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experienced in catering management and event coordination
- Demonstrated customer-focused mindset with a commitment to professionalism
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment while managing competing priorities
Work Schedule: Standard hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility required based on operational needs.
