About the Role

MindRight Counselling & Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled Behavioural Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioural Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing therapy and counselling services to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Therapy and Counselling Services

Deliver high-quality therapy and counselling services to clients, helping them to achieve more effective personal, social, and vocational development and adjustment.

Develop and Implement Intervention Programs

Plan and implement intervention programs to address the unique needs of clients, utilizing psychological theory and principles regarding behaviour and mental processes.

Conduct Presentations and Workshops

Deliver engaging presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia, sharing expertise and knowledge with colleagues and clients.

Offer Mediation and Arbitration Services

Provide mediation, conciliation, and arbitration services to help clients manage conflicts and achieve resolution.

Support Clients with Physical Illness and Disorders

Work with clients to help them manage physical illness and disorders, promoting overall well-being and quality of life.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Work Term

Permanent position.

Work Language

English.

Hours

40 hours per week.
