Position Overview
AIM Recyclage is seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Excavator and Loader Operator. Under the supervision of the foreman, the selected candidate will be responsible for the efficient loading and unloading of materials.
- Operate mechanical excavators and loaders;
- Load and unload various vehicles;
- Manage the loading of vessels;
- Assess the quality of incoming materials;
- Conduct daily equipment inspections;
- Sort and organize materials;
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Required Qualifications
- DEP in operating construction machinery (preferred);
- At least one year of relevant experience.
Desired Skills
- Punctuality, courtesy, and patience;
- Careful handling of equipment;
- Strong focus and concentration;
- Commitment to safety practices.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time, permanent position;
- Open to junior profiles;
- Primarily day shifts with potential evening, night, and weekend work depending on operational needs.
