Upper School Science Educator

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Long-Term Occasional (LTO) position at CIS Ontario for the role of Upper School Science Educator, reporting to the Deputy Head. This position is designed for an exceptional individual to instruct General Sciences within the Upper School environment.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Education with Senior Science qualifications and should ideally hold certification to teach in Ontario or be in the process of obtaining this credential. The preferred candidate will have exemplary academic achievements and demonstrate the capacity to engage in various aspects of school life, including extracurricular activities. Experience in coaching is considered a valuable asset. Furthermore, we are looking for individuals who show a commitment to participating in and/or leading community initiatives focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).
