PIPELINE INTEGRITY SUPERVISOR
Metalogic Inspection Services is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our Pipeline Integrity division. This role is essential for fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation within the team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to their work and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
The Pipeline Integrity Supervisor will maintain close collaboration with clients, possessing extensive knowledge of their integrity programs, including ILI correlation, modeling, direct assessment, and data management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying growth opportunities through ongoing engagement with existing and prospective clients.
- Leading the technical and research teams in continuous innovation of technologies.
- Overseeing the development and improvement of training programs.
- Managing all aspects of the pipeline integrity department, focusing on economic performance and expansion.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pipeline maintenance sector.
- Possession of NDT certifications or an engineering degree.
- RESIDENCY IN ALBERTA IS REQUIRED
- A thorough understanding of:
- ILI tool capabilities and limitations along with direct assessment correlation.
- Pipeline repair processes and quality assurance.
- Data collection, reporting, and information management related to excavation.
- Advanced NDT technologies and their applications.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Business development acumen and growth orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Technical expertise in Pipeline Integrity is a must.

COMPENSATION:
Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
