Long Term Occasional Teaching Position

We are seeking a qualified Occasional Teacher to join our dynamic team at St. David. This is a Long Term Occasional Teaching Position, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the education of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Primary Division students in a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and productive learning experience
Requirements
  • Current membership in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
  • Qualification in Primary Division
  • Knowledge of current Ministry initiatives and best practices in education
  • Excellent English language communication skills, both oral and written
  • Sound knowledge of evidence-based assessment practices and technology integration
