  • Deliver housekeeping and laundry services while maintaining a tidy and safe living space.
  • Engage with residents and their families in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Keep work and storage areas organized and sanitary.
  • Collaborate with the Environmental Services team to support fellow staff members.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and furniture as per established routines.
  • Follow health and safety protocols diligently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated compassion and understanding towards the needs of seniors.
  • Proficient in interpersonal relations and conflict resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under time constraints.
  • High standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Capability to operate relevant cleaning equipment.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. A Criminal Record Search, including a vulnerable sector screen, will be required as part of the employment process.
