About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Manager to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart. As a Beauty Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to drive beauty sales and customer engagement, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for our clients.
  • Lead and Develop a Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the store is operating efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of customer service, sales, and visual merchandising.
  • Business Acumen: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities, making informed decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Community Involvement: Develop and implement community outreach programs to build relationships with local businesses and organizations, promoting the store and its products.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5+ years of retail sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading a team.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive and personalized shopping experience for our clients.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and bend and stretch to stock shelves.
