Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our centre, including teaching, sales, marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and Curriculum Development: Develop and implement engaging coding lessons for children aged 5-15, and work with our team to create a fun and interactive learning environment.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including managing staff, scheduling, and inventory.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow our business and increase enrollment numbers.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: A degree in business, education, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, and to make strategic decisions to drive business growth.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in coding languages and software, and experience with marketing and sales tools.
