Role Summary

As a Financial Inventory Analyst, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will be instrumental in our accounting, reporting, and planning initiatives, with a particular emphasis on inventory management and demand forecasting.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Evaluating current inventory levels to pinpoint potential shortages or surpluses.
  • Developing and managing production and purchase order fulfillment schedules.
  • Participating in daily production review discussions.
  • Enhancing Supply Chain and Inventory Reporting.
  • Documenting all inventory-related transactions within the ERP system.
  • Maintaining comprehensive master data for all inventory items.
  • Generating month-end reconciliations accompanied by analytical insights.
  • Coordinating periodic inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Completing monthly regulatory reports and filings.
  • Assisting in investigations and inventory reconciliation efforts.
  • Formulating and documenting business processes and accounting policies.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations.
  • Executing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Progress towards CPA designation is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics Business Central is a plus.
  • Experience in report generation using Power BI or Jet Reports.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of Federal Cannabis regulations is beneficial.
  • Must pass a criminal record check prior to employment.
