Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead our Cards Domain team at Lorven Technologies. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for collaborating with users and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision for the team's product
  • Create a product roadmap based on this vision
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing items based on changing requirements
  • Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development, deployment, testing (Functional and Application)
  • Product feature creation and developing user stories based on product requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
  • Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
  • Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints to track progress
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement
  • Maintain team metrics and continuously review OKRs and KPIs
  • Prioritize the product backlog to achieve OKRs and continuously keep it up to date
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team and share monthly status progress with senior leadership
  • Work on change management processes for any process/infrastructure changes
  • Create process mapping in Blue Work and review with the Risk and Compliance team
  • Handle customer-impacting events through the incident management cycle (EPROB)
  • Partner with the Analytics team to develop end-to-end monitoring for processes owned by the team

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with JAVA, Mainframe, and UNIX technologies
  • Basic knowledge of Card Domain
