Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Billing Specialist to join our finance team at Publicis Groupe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Execute final billings on a monthly, quarterly, or as requested basis, which includes: Processing, editing, and submitting pre-billing documentation in SAP. Delivering final invoices to clients or coordinating with the SAP team for processing. Managing the transfer of timesheets between projects as necessary within the time tracking system. Actively monitoring and reviewing the billing system to maintain current and precise client data. Once fully trained, assist in onboarding new team members regarding billing processes and protocols. Provide support to fellow Coordinators and analysts as needed. Undertake additional related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Post-secondary education or a combination of relevant education and experience. Background in finance or billing roles. Strong leadership capabilities. In-depth understanding of billing technical requirements and processes, especially with SAP. Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work under pressure. Exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in both oral and written English.
