We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health Care Aide to join our Nursing care team in Wainwright, Alberta. As a member of our team, you will provide direct client care, assisting with activities of daily living, treatments, and treatment plans. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic Nursing care to residents as an unregulated worker under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Assist in providing a clean and safe environment
  • Monitor resident progress and report relevant information to the Registered Nurse in a timely manner
  • Participate in care plan implementation as directed
